Rory G. Schnurr    

RORY G. SCHNURR received his Juris Doctor Degree from Saint John’s University School of Law in 1998 and a B.S. in labor relations from Le Moyne College in 1984. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He represented management for the City of New York at the Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations, where he provided advice on collective bargaining for over 60 bargaining units. Rory represented management in labor relations for Consolidated Edison, handling hundreds of arbitration cases, provided labor and employee relations advice to operating departments and provided legal advice during negotiations of all collective bargaining agreements. As Chief Labor Negotiator for Guardsmark, LLC, Rory successfully negotiated dozens of collective bargaining agreements. As Director of Employee Relations at Canon Business Process Services, he appeared in numerous employment law matters and advised senior officers on employee relations issues. Rory served as chief negotiator for local collective bargaining as Associate Labor Counsel for the National Fire Sprinkler Association throughout the US. Rory is an Adjunct Faculty Member at SUNY, Old Westbury, where he teaches courses on Labor Relations, Arbitrations and Labor Law. Since joining Frazer & Feldman, Rory's practice has concentrated in the area of labor law, collective bargaining, and representation of our public school district clients in negotiations, arbitrations and administrative hearings.
